Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. We ship in stock orders as soon as payment has been approved; that is usually in 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most in stock orders take 2-3 business days for delivery (US ONLY) . You will receive an automatic e-mail with tracking number once order has been shipped.
Q. Do you supply a catalog?
A. No, because we are continually updating our website with new products we are not able to supply a printed catalog.
Q. What shipping method do you use?
A. We ship through USPS Priority Mail Service with confirmation delivery number.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. Orders being sent internationally are mailed through the USPS Priority Mail International (Includes tracking number). Delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on customs. Taxes and duties do apply and are the buyers responsibility. Please note every once in a while some orders get stuck in customs for a longer period of time, which we have no control over.
Q. What is your Shipping Cost?
A. Shipping cost is determined by the weight and your location. Shipping cost is automatically added to your order. You will be emailed a final confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Q. What is your return Policy?
A. We want our customers to have a pleasant experience shopping with us. Our customers are extremely important to us, along with customer satisfaction. We have set up a simple and fair return policy in order to meet the customers needs, as well as ours.
You MUST contact us first before sending a return. It will not be accepted if it has not been authorized first and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds are accepted within 7 days from the day you receive shipment. After 7 days, we offer a 30-day store credit/exchange.
All on-sale items are final and may not be returned.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. We strongly recommend you ask questions prior to purchasing item(s). We can provide adequate information regarding size, color, measurements, etc. Please contact us regarding any questions or concerns on returns, exchanges, or product information. Be sure to include your name, invoice number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason you are returning your order. Please include invoice with return order and indicated if you want an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your credit card. Please allow 5-10 business day for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Orders that are refused, returned to sender or never claimed from the postal service will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Q. Do you charge Sales Tax?
A. Yes, we are only required to charge sales tax for the state that we are located in. Since we are located in Texas, we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped in Texas. No sales tax applies to other states or international orders.

A. Yes, we use a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your on-line purchase. All information is 100% secure and will never be sold to any 3rd party.
